Q. Do I need to make an appointment?
A. During the week walk-ins are welcome. Saturdays are strictly appointment only.
Q. How long does the appointment last?
A. Our private appointments are 90 minutes during which you will receive expert guidance and advice from our friendly and professional team.
Q. How many people can I bring with me?
A. We kindly ask that you bring no more than 3 guests with you to your appointment.
Q. Do I need to bring anything with me?
A. No you do not need to bring anything other than yourself to your first appointment. We advise that you wear neutral coloured underwear.
Q. When I have found a dress do I pay a deposit?
A. Once you have said YES to your dream dress we then require a 50% deposit in order for us to place your order. The remaining 50% is due 12 weeks after the original date of purchase. If you are purchasing a sale gown we require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance with 4 weeks.
Q. Do you do payment plans?
A. If you need to spread the cost of your dress over a longer period of time we are happy to discuss your requirements and work out a suitable plan.
